Transfers week is always a trip. We are in Columbus now.. about an hour south of Greenwood, my last area. We are the only missionaries in the ward! It's great because the whole area is our oyster! Proselyting freedom! We spent a lot of time meeting members all week. We met the Darsow's and their mother, Honey. She is an old Italian woman. She is from Chicago but her health required her to stay with them for a little while to recover. We stopped by and shared with them a message from the New Testament. She told us she hasn't slept in a week and a half because of the medical issues. Sis Williams shared Alma 37:37. It comforted her and the members told us later that she gained a better understanding of why they joined the church 40 years ago. It was amazing. She is the sweetest, but goes back to Chicago next week.
It's been a struggle. I've been so exhausted and irritable all week. I have the most patient companion though. She is so kind. We get along so well.
Here's some fun pictures from this week!
